Rentsi is used today by owners and property managers. We're planning a module for public housing authorities that run Housing Choice Voucher programs, and we're building it with the agencies that ask for early access.

Questions about Rentsi for housing authorities
Is the PHA module available now?
No. It's planned and not available yet. Request early access and tell us what your agency needs first.
Will it submit form 50058 to HUD PIC?
Not today. Submitting to PIC requires HUD approval, and Rentsi holds no HUD certification. We won't claim it until that's true.
